Having worked with the client to define the skills, experience and characteristics of the ideal candidate, the team will then research, identify and approach target individuals, manage the interview and offer process, and advise on salary and benefits.

We introduce our clients to only the highest quality, most suitable candidates in the market, and we make sure that we only put candidates forward for opportunities in which they are expressly interested.

Our focus on building long-term candidate relationships has enabled us to achieve a consistently high offer to acceptance ratio. And by thoroughly pre-screening all of our candidates we ensure we have a full understanding of individual motivations and goals, thus enabling us to make the perfect match.

Our Resourcing Capaibilities

We use a variety of effective networking and resourcing techniques. We have always had a high level of referrals, a testament to our reputation for integrity and expertise. Having been in business since 2002, we have built up a considerable database of candidates, which is maintained on our bespoke system. We have dedicated researchers who target talented individuals from within the recruitment industry and also other sales, consultancy and professional environments. Our office network helps us to identify consultants wishing to relocate and we can also move recruiters across disciplines, where appropriate. We have an increasing Internet capability and advertise regularly in the trade and national press.
