We have developed a robust and successful approach to executive search and selection, which we continually review.

Every project is bespoke, and our search capability is renowned within the industry for its reach and the quality of our headhunters’ networks.

In fact, we typically call over 100 potential candidates, which we find through fresh research. This is in addition to the professional networks and contacts of our senior headhunters.

Our capability is both national and global. We recruited the Country Manager for India for a financial services recruiter, drawing together a shortlist from North Africa and the Middle East, as well as Europe. In another, the Managing Director of the Sri Lankan subsidiary of a UK group. The successful candidate was a German national previously based in New Delhi.

At the same time we are rooted locally. We maintain excellent networks in the regions, and our presence in a network of offices throughout the UK is crucial in understanding the local and regional context in which our clients operate.
